Dawid Radziszewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he defended his Master’s thesis titled: Consumer Bankruptcy of a Spouse and the Statutory Matrimonial Property Regime, and also graduated from the Faculty of Canon Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, where he defended his Master’s thesis titled: The Action for Declaration of Nullity of a Canonical Marriage and the Petition for Annulment of a Marriage in Polish Law.

Since August 2025, he has been entered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Before joining the SGP team, he gained experience in reputable law firms in Warsaw, providing ongoing support in civil, commercial, bankruptcy, and restructuring law cases.

His areas of interest include restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as enforcement proceedings.
