Wioletta Gwizdała is an Attorney-at-Law, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She has been gaining experience in providing pro-business services to professional entities since 2007. She effectively supports entrepreneurs in negotiations and transactions that require a combination of business flexibility and legal precision. She advises on agreements restricting competition, reviews the content of B2B and B2C contracts, and general terms and conditions of contracts for compliance with competition rules and consumer law. She prepares legal analyses to assess the compliance of entrepreneurs’ actions with competition and consumer protection law.
She has experience in advising entrepreneurs in preparatory and subsequent court proceedings in cases concerning white-collar crimes (economic crimes). She prepares legal analyses of the actions of company board members regarding their legal liability and provides legal assistance in claiming damages resulting from an economic crime.
She graduated with a very good result from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where she defended her master’s thesis “Protection of Personal Rights of Legal Entities” under the supervision of Professor Tomasz Dybowski, Ph.D. Hab. The master’s thesis set Wioletta’s direction for development and continues to support companies to this day.
