Transparent cooperation – flexible advisory models
Our law firm offers flexible forms of cooperation tailored to the needs and scale of each Client’s business. Depending on the required scope of support, you can choose between ad hoc legal advice — billed hourly according to the seniority level of the lawyer — or subscription-based packages providing ongoing legal assistance.
Ad hoc legal advisory (ongoing legal matters) – hourly rate depending on the seniority level of the lawyer handling the assignment:
- P1 (Partner) – PLN 699 net + VAT
- P2 (Senior Lawyer) – PLN 499 net + VAT
- P3 (Junior Lawyer) – PLN 399 net + VAT
- P4 (Trainee Solicitor) – PLN 299 net + VAT
PACKAGES:
- Monthly subscription of PLN 1,500 net + VAT, including 3 hours of legal work per month.
- Any additional work beyond 3 hours is billed at a flat hourly rate of PLN 520 net + VAT.
Monthly subscription of PLN 7,200 net + VAT, including 15 hours of legal work per month.
Any additional work beyond 15 hours is billed at a flat hourly rate of PLN 500 net + VAT.
Unused hours from the monthly subscription can be carried over for the next three billing periods.
With the Client’s consent, SGP Law Firm’s lawyers may, within the unused subscription hours, review the Client’s business operations across more than 100 areas defined by the firm, with particular attention to those aspects that directly affect profitability.
Monthly subscription of PLN 16,000 net + VAT, including 25 hours of legal work per month.
Unused hours from the monthly package may be carried over and used within the next three billing months.
Without the Client’s prior consent, SGP Law Firm’s lawyers may use unused subscription hours to audit the Client’s business operations across over 100 key areas defined by SGP, with particular focus on those impacting profitability.
For the management or executive team, one advisory meeting (up to three hours) per month with one or two SGP Partners is included, covering legal and business consulting, problem analysis, and recommendations to improve profitability.
Any additional work beyond the 25-hour limit is billed at a fixed flat hourly rate of PLN 480 net + VAT.
For the Premium and Elite packages, it is possible to purchase additional services such as legal monitoring or business advisory (SGP in consortium with a management specialist or a tax advisor).
