Wioletta Gwizdała graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Her master’s thesis, “Protection of Personal Rights of Legal Entities”, was written under the supervision of Professor Tomasz Dybowski, Ph.D., D.Sc. She is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Since 2007, she has gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive, business-oriented legal support to professional entities. She represents clients before common courts, particularly in commercial matters.
She specializes in competition and antitrust law, including legal support in the area of private enforcement of competition rules. She develops cohesive litigation strategies aimed at protecting individual business interests threatened or harmed by anti-competitive conduct.
For many years, she has handled unfair competition cases, with particular experience in matters involving trade secret violations and parasitic imitation of products.
She advises on anti-competitive agreements, reviews B2B and B2C contracts as well as general terms and conditions for compliance with competition and consumer protection law. She prepares legal analyses assessing the compatibility of business practices with applicable competition and consumer regulations. She represents corporate clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection in Warsaw in cases involving abusive clauses, unfair market practices, and anti-competitive agreements.
Ms. Gwizdała also advises entrepreneurs during preliminary and judicial proceedings in white-collar crime cases. She provides legal analysis of the actions of company executives with regard to legal liability and assists in pursuing claims for damages caused by economic crimes.
