ENERGY LAW

Tomasz Gaczyński provides ongoing legal support to companies in the energy sector. His services include preparing contracts and regulations related to customer connections, representing energy companies in disputes with the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, and delivering in-house training on legislative changes in the energy sector.

LITIGATION

He has extensive litigation experience and represents Clients before courts of all instances in matters such as:

• compensation and damages claims

• payment disputes

• protection of personal rights

• management board liability for company debts

• inheritance proceedings

He also has broad knowledge and experience in arbitration, including international arbitration, and is the author of a series of articles on alternative dispute resolution.

EDUCATION AND CULTURE SECTOR

Mr. Gaczyński has long-standing experience in advising cultural institutions and educational entities. He provides legal counsel on contracts, investments, and cultural event organization. He reviews agreements and materials from the perspective of copyright law and conducts training sessions.

CORPORATE LAW

He has supervised and coordinated legal procedures for the consolidation of companies within capital groups. He participated in the formation of consortia for the execution of various investment projects.

Mr. Gaczyński is the author and co-author of numerous publications, including:

• a legal opinion for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. regarding telecommunications law in the European Union

• a series of articles on arbitration

• publications on social aspects of employee benefit funds and pre-emption rights.
